Pest Control FAQ:

Q: Will I still see bugs after the service?
A: Perhaps. It is possible that insects can enter the home after an application. But, when they cross the barrier they will die soon after.

Q: Do I need to leave during or after a treatment?
A: No. The products that are used for treatment have no effects that require you to leave for a duration. If a situation does require you to vacate however, we will advise you of this prior to scheduling.

Q: Is it safe for my kids and pets?
A: Yes, All Exterminating uses non or low odor products, Green solutions, and IPM to minimize harmful exposure to unnecessary applications.

Q: How often do I need to have a Pest Control service?
A: We recommend a quarterly service but customize our service to fit your needs.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee with your service?
A: Yes, on our maintenance program if you have any pest problems during the service period will retreat for no additional charge.

Termite Control FAQ:

Q: Do you offer Termite Warranties?
A: Yes, we have a wide variety of warranties to suit each homeowner's needs.

Q: When are termites most common?
A: Once termite colonies are established, the colonies tend to be a year round problem; however, during the warmer more humid months colony growth is more active.

Q: How often do I need to have my home treated?
A: Most products will last 5 to 10 years. We suggest you have your home inspected every year and treated every 7 years.

Q: My neighbor has termites and is having his home treated. Does that mean I will get termites?
A: Not necessarily will you get termites, but it does mean that termites are active in your area. Have your house inspected and request a quote for treatment for precaution purposes. If your home is covered with a termite warranty, you should have nothing to worry about.

Wildlife Removal FAQ:

Q: I hear noises in my attic and I don’t know what it is or what to do?
A: Take note of time of day, habits, and types of noises you are hearing. That information helps in determining what is in your attic. Next, call All Exterminating for an inspection to determine a solution for your wildlife intrusion.

Q: How do I know if I have an emergency with wildlife in my home?
A: A noise in your attic is not cause for panic. As long as it is looked at in a reasonable amount of time everything should be fine with little to no damage. However, an emergency involving wildlife is if a wild animal is roaming freely in your living space and is a potential danger to yourself and home. All Exterminating offers after hours service if available for this type of issue.

Q: What do you do with the animals after you have removed them?
A: We always attempt to remove all animals alive in a live trap. Then upon removal relocate them to a place less likely to be a nuisance to anyone else.

Q: I cannot afford to have my whole home sealed. Do I still have an effective option?
A: Yes, we have many other options to fit peoples budget and will work with anyone to make sure we can solve any issue within their means.

Q:  Why are some animals harder to catch than others?
A: Generally when we show up on the job, someone has already attempted to catch the nuisance animal. Every encounter an animal has with traps, homemade remediates, or human contact that animal learns from it. We call this an educated critter. They are more difficult to catch do to the fact that they have become wise and/or leery of traps. Your best option is to call a professional before you attempt catching or repelling an animal to avoid making the situation more difficult to solve.
